What is Heating Tape?

Crafted with advanced materials like nickel-chromium alloy elements and insulated with fiberglass or silicone rubber, they deliver rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, and long-term durability.

Key Features

• High-Temperature Resilience:

   With a maximum exposure temperature of 450°F (232°C), our tapes are built for rigorous applications.

• Durable Construction: 

  The heating element is made of fine-strand resistance wires, double-insulated with braided fiberglass, and fully enclosed in a high-strength, temperature-resistant silicone rubber jacket. This makes them moisture and chemical resistant.

• Easy Installation & Use: 

  Features a convenient same-end lead configuration with silicone rubber-insulated lead wires. The included half plugs connect to form a standard 120VAC two-prong plug for simple power connection.

• Safety Compliant: 

  Options include both grounded and non-grounded designs to meet various safety requirements for heating metal vessels and equipment.

• Flexible Application: 

  The flexible design allows for easy wrapping around pipes, tubing, and various apparatuses, providing uniform heat to prevent freezing, maintain process temperatures, or aid in viscosity control.
